( 21th March 2020 ) - Scoot (Scoot Tigerair Pte Ltd), the low cost carrier subsidiary of Singapore Airlines has announced yesterday several suspensions of flights starting on the 21st March 2020. This latest suspension is amongst one of many in the industry, as airlines struggle to meet the declining demand and tighter border restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Scoot's temporary suspension is expected to last till mid - end April, dependent on route and situation.
